If you wish to cancel or change your order, you can contact us within one hour of placing your order by e-mail at contact@17shaircare.com. We will try to take your wishes into account.

Shipping is free of cost Germany-wide.

Once your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this to track exactly where your parcel is.

Then send us the completed form by email or post.

The goods will be delivered within approx. 1 - 3 working days after completion of the order. The ordered goods will be sent to the delivery address specified by you. If the goods cannot be delivered, we will inform you by e-mail within the scheduled delivery time.

Yes, you pay the costs of the return shipment. We only accept unopened products. However, if the return cannot be accepted, we will send it back to you at your expense.
