Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Germany using a shipping method with tracking. EU orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days. Orders from non-EU countries are usually processed within 5-6 working days (due to customs administration). We accept no liability for lost or stolen parcels once they have been confirmed as "successfully delivered" by the carrier.

Please note that we do not send to PO boxes. We ask that you provide a physical address. We do not offer forwarding, rerouting, pickup or refund of packages for items shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.

Cancellations or adjustments to the order are not possible after the order has been placed and under certain conditions, some orders may take 1-2 business days to process. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and can expect to receive your order according to the approximate times listed below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Please note that order processing and shipping times may be longer during promotional periods due to the high order volumes.

We only ship on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following working day.

If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please keep the shipping carton, the products and the outer cardboard packaging and then send us an e-mail to contact@17haircare.com within 3 working days so that we can check the damage and arrange a replacement delivery accordingly.
